Daniel Verrells – Managing Director, Beeline Data Services
Daniel has over 30 years’ experience in the data services industry and has developed his talents working for publishing houses including William Reed Publishing and Wilmington Media. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of magazines improve their information and audience management processes. Daniel recognises that accurate data is at the heart of commercial success and his extensive skills and services are fine-tuned specifically for the B2B publishing sector, in areas including subscription marketing, controlled circulation management, database management and information architecture. Daniel understands the importance of improving and streamlining processes, to save both time and money. Highly focused, he takes a very hands-on approach, taking responsibility for specialised tasks and allowing you to get on with what you do best.

Malcolm Coleman – Head of Operations, Beeline Data Services
Malcolm entered the publishing industry in 2000, and has spent all of his publishing life working with data and systems. Working for Wilmington Publishing and Progressive Media really gave Malcolm a huge amount of exposure to data management, profiling, segmentation, auditing, marketing and reporting. Also, time spent with WDIS and CDS Global enabled Malcolm to work with clients that included William Reed and Financial Times Business, amongst many others.
Malcolm’s ‘hands-on’ approach has enabled him to become very experienced in various areas that inter-link with the complete ‘Data Audience’ area, and the systems that are required to analyse it. Malcom is highly experienced at meeting tight deadlines and liaising with multiple departments to structure targeted marketing plans and campaigns. He recognises that the needs of individual businesses will always be different and is able to tailor his offerings to suit each business’s specific requirements. Crucially, he is highly adept at budget management and analysing the results of completed campaigns to determine their Return on Investment.
Clare began her publishing career in 1999 at the data bureau WDIS as a data executive learning the full breadth of the data management process from the bottom up, working with admin, reporting, printing, mailing etc etc.They soon saw her ability and she became account manager for many publications including Financial Times Business, Incisive Media and Haymarket. She joined the Beeline team early in 2014 and her set of skills and experience has proved invaluable. She’s one of these rare breeds that manages to have an acute sense of detail while also understanding the bigger picture and we are very lucky to have her.
Louis is our youngest and most recent addition although, in his short time out of school, has managed to pack in a huge amount of experience from sales to property development. We can congratulate ourselves on a great choice as he has proven valuable already getting to grips with the many processes involved, using his tenacity to learn and understand where improvements can be made. He’s quickly on his way to future success in this business.
Jennifer began her career as a media auditor for BPA Worldwide in 2001. Her natural affinity with data and auditing meant she progressed quickly and Jennifer ran BPA’s European audit operations for over 5 years before moving into client services at CircData where she was involved with account management and conversions. More recently she has worked as an audit consultant with a number of international publishers both managing their audit work and troubleshooting data issues.
Jennifer has extensive experience of BPA and ABC audits, problem solving, reporting, data analysis, and audience management. Years of working with numerous titles and products has resulted in wide ranging data management skills and a keen understanding of the systems supporting it.
